One couple we have met during our travels around France said they visited somewhere in Dordogne where street entertainers played to the customers and passers by as they sat at pavement cafes and I really loved the sound of that but I cannot recall where they said that was now. We like pretty quaint villages and towns and prefer locations that are not too overcrowded or too touristy but at the same time somewhere with interesting things to see and do with a chilled out relaxed atmosphere. We fancy either the Loire Valley or the Dordogne area and so have decided to ask you funsters for advice and hear what those who have had more experience of France would suggest. We are having a fantastic time and the weather is superb but we just cannot decide where to head for next. We are currently touring around France and so far we have visited Honfleur, Arramanches, Bayeur and at the moment we are at Mon St Michel.
